JUMBO BLOCK is developed by ZANNI GROUP of Bochum, Germany. The system is built together with partners who bring decades of experience in concrete construction, wastewater technology, sealing and planning.

Innovation from experience
ZANNI GROUP is a technology-oriented development company with more than 30 years of experience in process engineering, environmental technology and the development of infrastructure solutions. Its history of patents and developments dates back to 1992.
Since 2021, JUMBO BLOCK has brought this experience together: a system that combines water management, heavy-duty structures, land efficiency and digital security – complemented by the Engineering Suite and the dashboard.

Decades of experience in concrete construction. MENK supports the production of JUMBO BLOCK with resource-efficient manufacturing.
BBW® Weißensee
Production & demonstration module · Weißensee, Thuringia
Based in Thuringia since 1958, grown from a concrete plant into a manufacturer of tanks, treatment systems and electronics for wastewater technology. The demonstration module is located here.

Over 85 years of experience with adhesives and sealants for construction, agriculture, transport and petrochemicals. Together, the seals were matched to the JUMBO BLOCK modules.
